- I am a coffee addict that loves to write. If I could be a coffee bean, I would be one of dark roast. I have a bold, robust outlook on life, sometimes dark and too much for others, but a good dark roasted bean eventually turns into a great cup of joe after the grinding and refining process. Much like one would prefer fresh roasted beans each morning, my life is one of fresh roasting each day as God refines and grinds me into the person he has created me to be.
